January:

• Replace broken window screen
• Fix kitchen light
• Declutter downstairs
• Declutter upstairs
• Clean closets

February:

• Paint living room
• Paint entryway/stairs
• Paint master bath
• Paint landing
• Paint sunroom
• Tile sunroom
• Replace baseboards in sunroom
• Clean garage
• Paint and attach 1/4 round in living room

March

• Prepare utility bills in binder
• Powerwash sidewalk
• Powerwash deck
• Powerwash side of house
• Powerwash front porch/sidewalks
• Add pebbles to walkway in backyard
• Re-caulk shower in master bath
• Remove shampoo dispenser in master bath
• Stage guestroom (full bed, remove dresser)
• Stain deck
• Stain patio furniture
• Clean windows (inside and out)
• Clean house
• Steam-Clean carpet
• Landscape backyard
• Landscape frontyard (flowers)
• Remove and clean all light fixtures
  
• Replace lightbulbs w/ high wattage
